Overview

During my time as an Art Director with Designory, I worked across several of Amazon’s verticals including Retail, Grocery, Business, Kindle, Prime Video, and Music. Collaborating with Amazon’s in-house creative team, we developed style guides, template systems, and campaigns for dozens of cultural and retail events, spanning millions of users across the globe.

Amazon’s retail department was responsible for the promotion of products, sales, seasonal shopping events to their over 200 million Prime members.

Amazon Business

Events such as Small Business Month, Back to School, and Prime Day were peak sales periods for Amazon Business sales. Individual style guides with curated imagery, colors, and graphics were created in conjunction with Amazon Art Directors for each unique retail event.

Seasonal Campaigns

During Q1 and Q2, holidays like Valentine’s & Mother’s Day were peak shopping events, especially for categories such as accessories, beauty, home goods, and wearable tech. Utilizing the existing style guides, we selected items and created product stories for the Amazon landing page, push notifications, off-site ads, and social media.
