Cal Poly College of Business Administration
Background
Cal Poly Pomona’s prestigious College of Business Administration is recognized for its renowned, accredited, and award-winning undergraduate and graduate programs. After a new 3-building facility was completed in 2017, the Graduate Program team looked for solutions to brand the college in a new light to match its reputation, hands-on approach, and competitive edge.
Problem
Inconsistent stationery, color palettes, and fonts caused a wide array of problems for promoting the professional offerings of the college. Standard letter-sized brochures were unappealing and lack-luster in targeting current and prospective students.

Solution
Masters of Business Administration programs take place on-campus in the evening time. Photography of the facility at night illustrated the unique atmosphere that graduate students experience during their time at Cal Poly. Brochures, mailers, stationery, and digital signage promoted the programs.
Inspired by evening classes and iconic architecture, the angles of the folding roofline served as the guides for the double gate fold design. The brochure was awarded 3rd place in Student Brochure category for the 2018 Association of College Unions International.
